When a refund may be considered

• A full refund where Techsolgenix cancels before work begins.
• A proportionate refund for a verified undelivered portion where Techsolgenix cannot complete the confirmed scope.
• A reversal of a verified duplicate or erroneous payment.

When payment is non-refundable

• Work has started or been delivered according to the agreed scope.
• The client changes the topic, data, deadline, instructions or academic requirements.
• The request is based on a grade, publication, admission or third-party decision that was not guaranteed.
• The client stops responding, withholds required material or misses the review period.
